Refund Policy

Refunds For Single Song Licenses

Licensee may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase of a license, provided Licensee has not made any use of licensed content. Approved refunds may be in the form of account credit or returned payment to the account that was used to make the purchase at StarLyte Sound’s sole and absolute discretion.

No Refunds For Subscription Licenses

We do not provide refunds or credits for unused or partially-used subscription plans or Content. StarLyte Sound reserves the right to provide a refund or credit at any time, and for any reason to some or all of our Customers. The amount and type of such refunds or credits, and how we decide to distribute such refunds or credits, is at the sole discretion of StarLyte Sound. The award of refunds or credits may be on a case-by-case basis, and does not entitle you to future credits for the same or similar situation(s) that may occur in the future.
