9 times out of 10, we’ve got the answer…

At this time, there are no fees associated with publishing through our catalog.

In most cases, your music will be published publicly within 30 days after we receive your signed agreement. However, if your submitted music doesn’t meet our submission requirements, publishing may be delayed further or even risk rejection.

Your music should be between -23 and -14 LUFS.

We accept MP3, WAV, and AIFF file formats.

Yes. We ask that your tracks are fully mixed and mastered. However, we do not require that you send them off to a professional mastering studio. As long as your tracks have a great sound and are marketable, they will have a good chance of being accepted.

16 bit, 48kHz or better is the recommended sound quality.

The best way to improve the chances of your music being licensed is to submit music with the following attributes: Outstanding sound quality, includes all metadata, has eye-catching artwork, has alternate versions, and has a title that matches the style or type of media in which you desire placements.

There are a number of factors that can cause your music to be rejected or not accepted into our catalog. If you receive a rejection email, the reason(s) for rejection will be included in that email.

We only provide publishing services on an exclusive basis so that we can maintain the highest value in the music within our catalog. We also publish exclusively to ensure that we can provide a one-stop solution for customers; this allows for a seamless licensing experience.

Your music will not be published without your consent. If you decide that you do not wish to assign your music to our catalog, you may cancel your agreement by choosing “I will not sign this document” in the side panel of the agreement. Your music will be removed from our systems within 30 days of cancellation or no correspondence.

We will only make changes that are necessary to maintaining consistency, and professionalism throughout our catalog in order to improve the chances of your music being licensed. Below are the typical situations in which we may make changes to your content:

1. Music - We may cut down your music in length for promotional purposes or if a customer desires to recieve only a specified portion of a particular track.

2. Metadata - If your track title, or other metadata, includes a word that appears to be unintentionally misspelled, then we may correct that word so that it portrays the proper spelling. We may also add, remove, or relocate certain words or phrases to help maintain consistency and marketability across our catalog, and to add value to customers.

3. Images - Images should have an aspect ratio of 1:1 (square). Any images that do not have a 1:1 aspect ratio, may be edited to a 1:1 (square) aspect ratio.

Your artwork should:

1. Have an aspect ratio of 1:1 (square).

2. Contain less than 20% text. This is for marketing purposes.

3. Not include any X-rated or absurdly inappropriate content (i.e pornographic content).

Tracks must be fully mixed and mastered, and must be free from any master or publishing claims. Your music must be new, original, free of any uncleared samples, and wholly owned by you. We only accept instrumental music.

We acknowledge vocal sounds as an instrument. However, we have a strict policy on the amount of meaningful lyrics that we accept. Typically, if your track contains a vocal that is a one-word sample (i.e “Dance”) then it will have a better chance at being accepted. On the contrary, if your track contains multiple words (i.e “Dance all night”) then it will have less of a chance of being accepted.

We do our best to license your music by marketing your music through different media outlets and through customer acquisition initiatives, which include attending industry events, expanding our network, and advertising.
